WHM provides comprehensive training on all safe work practices and safety policies to its personnel.
Responsibility of the first line supervisor
Make sure each and every worker is properly trained to perform an assigned task.

Health and Safety Program Highlights
Formal hazard analysis program
Required hazard assessment
Based on immediate identification and mitigation of substandard conditions and acts before the job begins
Primary responsibility is to remove hazard
Secondary responsibility protect ones self (PPE)
Drug and alcohol substance abuse program
DISA (TPA) NASAP and /or other required consortium
Safety auditing program
Random safety audits
Incident investigation program
Causal analysis and corrective actions are used to prevent recurrence and eliminate loss
Lessons learned are shared throughout the company
Hazard Recognition Program
The objective of this program is to
Create a safety award program based on awards and recognition for a combination of working safely and pro-active “value added” safety activities.
It is the company’s belief that by involving and empowering employees, placing the emphasis on “value added” activities, and recognizing the value of and rewarding this pro-active behavior, we will enhance our commitment to and continue to improve health and safety in our workplace
